$50- fix or rebuild Hetzner servers from crashing, forcing us to keep fixing...

URGENT/IMPORTANT: I would like it if my sites are not down while the servers are being fixed or rebuilt. If the sites cannot be used while you work on this, please let me know so that I can make sure to not have any advertisements going while you work on it, if there's a risk that the site will not appear while you are working on them. Every few days or so, all of the sites go down and my full stack devs are not devops engineers. Therefore, they cannot figure out why they have to keep fixing the sites to get them to appear again, when everything crashes down. So, we either need the servers fixed or have a new Hetzner server set up so that my team can then move all of the sites and apps over to the new server. Whoever set up the first server when it's not a devops engineer. If this goes well, we may use the devops engineer who fixes this again for other projects.
