Email Marketing - job 3 of 8

I am looking for someone with a creative mind who can help me create an email marketing strategy for my custom fine jewelry business. You should be able to set up campaigns, create designs, create copy, set up customer/client segmentation, etc. I am currently using Flodesk, but am considering switching to Klayvio, so you should be well-versed on both platforms.
