ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated High Ticket Closer to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and while experience in sales is a plus, it is not required. What matters most to us is your mindset, attitude, and willingness to learn. We have a very specific approach to sales that supports our mission and we believe in investing in the right people. We will provide you with comprehensive training that will put you in the top 10% of high ticket closers in the coaching industry once you master these skills. As a High Ticket Closer at Build Resilience, you will engage with warm leads — women who have already expressed interest in our coaching programs and are seeking solutions to their challenges. Your role will involve building rapport, understanding their pain points, clarifying their goals, and demonstrating how our coaching services can help them bridge the gap from where they are to where they aspire to be. As a part-time contractor, you will be working on a commission-only basis. We expect you to be self-motivated and to be ready to invest your own time into the invaluable education and experience you will gain from this opportunity. Plan to go through a 2-3 week training period before you start taking calls. During this time you will go through a bootcamp to learn high ticket sales techniques that you can take with you to eventually build a six or seven figure career, either with Build Resilience as we grow, or elsewhere in the booming online coaching industry. Once you transition to taking calls, you will have 15 hour-long calls per week scheduled to your calendar. Expect to spend some additional hours maintaining client records and doing follow up with warm leads as well as ongoing review and training. You will need to be available either Saturday or Sunday morning and keep your calendar open some weekday mornings and at least three weekday evenings from 3pm - 7pm PST to account for after-work call bookings in all US time zones. Within those parameters, you will have the freedom to set your own schedule. We will train you to a standard where we expect a minimum 30% close rate, and many high ticket closers can see up to a 60% close rate with the skills you will learn. At $300-$500 per sale, that translates to a minimum monthly income of $5,000 and an average of $9,000. That’s pretty good for an entry level position! As you hit targets, you’ll be eligible for increased commissions up to 15%. Realistically, expect a learning curve in the first 2-3 months and some ups and downs along the way – that’s normal. Being a high ticket closer requires grit, positivity and resilience – fortunately that’s what we teach! KEY RESPONSABILITIES: -Engage with Warm Leads: Conduct calls with potential clients who have already shown interest in our programs. No cold calling or lead generation required. -Build Rapport and Trust: Create a comfortable and trustworthy environment where clients feel heard and understood. -Identify Pain Points: Listen actively to clients to uncover their challenges and pain points. -Clarify Goals: Help clients articulate their goals and the outcomes they wish to achieve. -Present Solutions: Show how Build Resilience’s coaching programs can address their needs and support their journey towards self-mastery. -Close Sales: Guide clients through the decision-making process to commit to our coaching packages, ranging from $3k to $5k. -Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions and progress using our CRM system.- -Maintain a Flexible Schedule: You will have the freedom to set your own schedule within the parameters laid out in the role overview. However, keep in mind that calls are typically booked no more than 72 hours in advance and the more that you’re able to be flexible and work with our appointment setters, the easier it is for them to schedule leads quickly and maintain the momentum that will help you close the sale.
