An established B2B services firm with a groundbreaking solution, already successfully sold in North America, seeks a highly motivated and talented Lead Generation Engine Builder with a proven track record of building lead generation engine and exceeding lead generation KPI goals.
This pivotal role requires you to design and implement processes and systems that will fuel the sales pipeline with a... continuous stream of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
•Define the Lead Generation Blueprint: Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to understand their ideal customer profile (ICP) and sales goals. Leverage this knowledge to establish criteria for identifying and attracting qualified leads.
•Prioritize Digital Lead Generation Channels: Analyze and prioritize a variety of digital lead acquisition channels (e.g., email, search engines, social media).
•Develop the Qualification Process: Define clear lead qualification criteria aligned with the organization's sales process and buyer personas. This ensures only the most promising leads reach the sales team.
• Build the Lead Nurturing System (Optional): Establish a system (if applicable) to nurture qualified leads, keeping them engaged with your brand until they're ready to convert.
• Continuously Optimize the Lead Generation Engine (Optional): Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective lead qualification and handover processes. Analyze and refine your strategy to maximize lead generation ROI.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
•Exponential increase in qualified leads generated, aligned with sales needs.
• Continuous improvement in cost-per-lead (CPL) and ROI of the lead generation engine.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of successful experience building and optimizing demand generation engines in North American B2B markets.
• Proven track record of improving lead generation KPIs.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales dynamics.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Data-driven problem solver with a "can-do" mentality.

Compensation:
• 1099 position with a path to W-2 upon meeting KPI goals.
