Expert Facilitator role description: Hively is looking for expert facilitators! You will be facilitating a discussion session for 8-10 Hively members on a weekly basis. We will start with 1 pilot session and contract for a month to get started... Experience/Skills Required: We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and fun-loving individual who is excited about working with a start-up! You ideally have experience working with recent retirees, and facilitating a discussion seamlessly. You... - Have experience facilitating a group discussion (if you have sample recordings, please send them our way!) - High proficiency with zoom (can share screen, video, polls, breakout rooms) - High proficiency with Google Slides - Available for 4 consecutive weeks (we offer discussions to our members once a week, for one hour) What we provide... - 8 week curriculum & slide deck that you will be using to facilitate sessions (topics include: Psychology of Retirement, Finding Purpose, Volunteering & Part-time work, etc.) About us: Hively is a private membership network for recent retirees looking to make the most of their next chapter.
