Experienced YouTube Video Editor For Self-Help Channel With Dry Humor - job 1 of 3

My team is looking for a new editor to help us expand our YouTube network. This new channel will be called "easy, i guess" and will be covering self-help topics with provocative titles like "starting a cult is easy, i guess" but then actually teaching the viewer how to become an excellent socialite (disguised behind an irresistible title that is sure to have a high click-through-rate). We make sure to tie the information we provide back to the title such that it isn't clickbait. This will be a faceless YouTube channel with dry humor and genuinely good advice. For this job you will need to use visual charts/diagrams, pasted images/articles, and motion graphics to supplement our voiceover + script. Your editing will need to provide additional context to the script (in addition to following it closely) meaning making your own visual humor and helping land any of the dry humor jokes that we implement into the script. We also require that there is frequent movement on the screen and fast... 3-5 second cuts to maximize viewer retention (with the occasional exception of keeping certain supplemental visuals on screen longer if need be). We really want these videos to feel like a human made them (and weren't rapidly mass produced), so that the viewers develop loyalty and attachment to our channel brand and continue to watch all of our videos as we continue release them.
