Full Stack Engineer

Company Overview:

We are collaborating with a large enterprise client seeking two Full Stack Developers for contract positions. The candidates will manage deployment rollbacks, handle support tickets, troubleshoot bugs using runbooks, and address backlog items to reduce Design for Reliability (DFR) issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage deployment rollbacks and ensure smooth deployment processes.
Work on support tickets, handling custom and first-time issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve product bugs using runbooks.
Address backlog items and work towards reducing DFR issues.
Develop and maintain front-end and back-end services.
Work with legacy Python code and maintenance versions.
Utilize Django for front-end services.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in React, Node.js, and Java for writing services.
Experience with Python, especially in legacy systems.
Familiarity with Django for front-end development.
Experience in both front-end and back-end development.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues using runbooks.
Strong analytical skills for handling custom issues.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Ability to work on maintenance versions and legacy codebases.
Excellent communication skills for effective remote teamwork.
Ability to work independently and know when to escalate issues.
Must be able to work remotely with significant overlap during U.S. time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing deployment processes and rollbacks.
Previous experience in support roles handling tickets and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with escalation paths and support workflows in large organizations.
