Full-Time Front-End Developer (Angular) - Fast-Paced Startup - Contract to Hire

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic remote full time Front-End Developer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in shaping our user experience. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one, working on challenging and exciting projects. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with designers and back-end developers to design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and performant web applications using Angular. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices. Translate UI/UX mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences. Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions to foster a collaborative environment. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in front-end development. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development workflow and tooling. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer (experience with Angular a strong plus). Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript, Firebase, Angular Material. A passion for learning and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications (will be considered a plus): Experience with Firebase for backend integrations. Experience with mobile development technologies (iOS and Android). Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine). Experience with performance optimization techniques.
