Guidance attorney case tracking system - website or software package... - job 2 of 2

Our team is a pro-se to various cases not just within texas but also in other states. We are looking for system which can keep track of all cases from various court. May be, just one system per state. OR One system for all states. we do not know that. we need some guidance from attorney or a paralegal to assist what system does attorneys use to keep track of cases, monthly fee, etc. we lost many cases, just case, courts does not provider automatic-alert-notification to pro-se-plaintiffs as they do to attorneys. (Unless or until other party defendant - used our email to notify us. we do not get that part done by all of defendants). Even then, If court issued DWOP or case-dismissal, we had no clue. In many cases, we came to know even 30 or 45 or even 60 days later that our cases got dismissed. Not all courts even send dismissal-notices as they are supposed to send to all parties. we are looking for a system. either one system for states & all courts. OR One system per... state. For example - we are looking for a system website www.abcxyz.com OR any software that we need to downloaded which would keep track of all of cases to minimal # of applications/websites as possible.
