Hello...
Creating art is a passion of mine and since I see music as an art, want to know how to make a song. I am not interested in making the beat/production itself but would like to understand how I can put words in an instrumental that is catchy, relatable, exciting. I wish to learn all things music and any kind additional theories and advice you have for me.
What I have done so far
- [ ] Bought instruments and equipments I don’t how to use
- [ ] YouTubed “How to Rap” and “How to Sing”
- [ ] Created several recordings on various beats (no mixing, just raw vocals - prob off beat and tone too lol)
It’s a disaster and I need some guidance and a audio wizard
What I need from you
- [ ] Take my Logic Pro file and mix and master it to the best possible version we can do
- [ ] Mix and produce it live with me - I want to choose some voice effects to add on the vocals, add adlibs, re-record any part of the song that needs to be, change whole sections to make it better. I really want this to feel like a studio session. - 3 hours
- [ ] After you have everything you need, I need you to return me the final mp3 file that would be final release version - however long you need after our session
- [ ] If by any chance you think the other songs we can do the same, I will continue to work with you in the future. As I really want to rework all the songs I made
During the whole time I need you to
- [ ] Teach me how to create a verse/pre chorus/chorus/bridges
- [ ] Teach me music theory
- [ ] Teach me how to make melodies
- [ ] Coach me on how to utilize my voice
- [ ] Coach me on how to write lyrics
- [ ] Guide me on the progression of the track and how to improve
- [ ] Be honest with me in every step of the process (If I suck, teach me how not to)

Ultimately, I want to fuse different genre's but we can start simple. Help me identify what is good, what is bad, and how to work with different sounds.
I listen to a lot of music and all different genres and artists. Yet, I have never made music. I have no idea how I sound. I have no idea how to write. And most unfortunately, I never made any music friends and any kind of art is seen as a taboo in my culture. As the black sheep, I want to fully embrace it with open arms. Please help me do it
