We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission. Key Responsibilities: Conduct at least 10 hours of calls per month. Close sales with a target conversion rate of 30-40% of all booked calls. Send recordings of every call and provide end-of-day reports. Participate in weekly and monthly training sessions. Engage in weekly reviews of sales KPIs. Compensation and Benefits: £monthly base salary, contingent on completing 10 hours of calls per month. 10% commission on sales closed. For monthly sales, receive 10% of monthly revenue once 33% of the contract has been collected. Minimum of 15-20 calls provided on the calendar per month. Weekly and monthly training sessions.
