Provide thought leadership on the people strategy aligned with the business strategy
Assess organizational health metrics and provide insights to develop strategic people plans
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders
Partner with People team's COE partners to deliver impactful people programs
Guide and coach on complex HR issues
Lead change management initiatives
Design and drive creative people solutions and organizational changes
