MANDATORY: - Native english speaking - Experience in eCommerce - Experience in viral content creation Influencer Marketing Manager Role: - Create influencer marketing strategy -- Create influencer persona -- Based on information provided by client -- Based on your independent research - Create influencer marketing recording guidelines -- Recording guidelines -- Based on independent research of other brands using tools such as foreplay to identify market trends and top performing content - Source nano-micro influencers (up to 20k followers) using both tools and independently browsing influencers -- Generate 1 partnership every week -- 50 outreached/week per brand - Negotiate with influencers - Daily follow up to all leads - Coordinate and manage posting - Build relationships with successful influencers - Be in direct communication with clients -- Proactively leading clients through our process -- Responding to client questions Performance based compensation: - Compensation: -- $200/month/client under management (USD) - On-Target-Earnings (OTEs) -- $200/m/c -- 10 clients UM --- 200*10 ⇒ $2,000/month -- 20 clients UM --- 200*20 ⇒ $4,000/month -- 30 clients UM --- 200*30 ⇒ $6,000/month !!
