Inside Sales Support for Retail Sales Team

Sales Support Manager Responsibilities... Manage forecasting templates on Google sheets. Includes but not limited to managing/calculating pricing of products, CTF, gross/net sales, and more. Experience working with Retail Partners (domestic and international) - Amazon, Best Buy, Target, and more. Work with Sales Team to analyze sales data to find projections, patterns and areas for improvement Help prepare monthly S&OP deck presentation with retail sell through and sell in data Use past sales data and market conditions to generate forecast and projections Provide order status, communicate PO changes to Retail Partners Help complete new SKUs setup forms from retailers Review/manage pricing in market - ensure customers aren’t breaking MAP Updating forecast by month sheet when POs come in/when retailers send updated forecasts Work with Finance on accounts payable follow ups Work with Operations to track orders shipments and prepare weekly financial reports to present to greater team Requirements: Expert in Google sheets Experience working with ERP systems Worked with key retailers (Amazon, Target, Best Buy) Detailed oriented
