Are you an engaging communicator with a knack for making people feel at ease, even over Zoom? We’re looking for a charismatic interviewer to help conduct initial screening interviews for applicants eager to join our transformative personal growth retreat. This role involves connecting with students via Zoom, asking pre-defined questions, and assessing their responses to determine their suitability for advancing to the final interview rounds. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct 10-minute initial interviews with applicants via Zoom. - Ask four specific questions provided by us to evaluate the candidates. - Record responses and recommendations in a spreadsheet to determine candidates’ progression to final interviews. - Manage back-to-back calls efficiently from 4pm to 10 PM UK time on 9th June 2024, (and more calls after 10pm if you'd like) • *Requirements:** - Exceptional communication skills and a confident presence on camera. - A heart-centered approach that can resonate with and inspire prospective students. - Ability to operate Zoom confidently with a stable, high-speed internet connection. - Capable of handling a fast-paced schedule, managing consecutive 10-minute interviews. - Availability to work within the specified hours and potentially extend hours based on performance. • *Additional Information:** - Training and technical setup will be provided before the interviews; please note that this preparatory phase that lasts 1-2 hours is unpaid. - Ideal candidate must be able to attend our event that starts on 9th June 2024 at 12pm London time. - There may be opportunities for additional hours and further engagement based on your performance during this initial task. • *Ideal Candidate:** You should be a vibrant and energetic individual who can connect quickly with others and assess compatibility with our retreat’s goals.
