We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to train and manage our growing team of sales representatives. Role Overview: As our Sales Manager, you will work closely with our recruiter to onboard new sales reps. Your primary responsibility will be to train and manage these reps on our custom dialer, ensuring they are fully equipped to handle and close sales effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve their best performance. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the recruiter to hire and onboard new sales representatives. Train new hires on our custom dialer and sales processes. Manage and support the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Run daily Q&A meetings at Noon PST to address team questions and provide guidance. Monitor our "Scoreboard" to track all reps' calls, talk time, logged time, and completed onboardings. Utilize our system to listen, whisper, and barge into your team's live calls, as well as review all their recorded calls. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to sales reps based on their performance metrics. Ensure sales reps are effectively engaging with prospects and closing deals. Maintain records of training, performance, and sales metrics. Ensure that once a sale is completed, sales reps fill out an onboarding event calendar to choose a day and time for the onboarding session with their new marketing client. Sales Focus: Our sales reps will be selling 180ads and its three plans: $149/month, $499/month, and $999/month. Sales reps on the team are commission-only and get paid their commissions daily. As a Sales Manager Your Compensation will be: Base Salary of $3,000 per month, paid weekly through Upwork's automatic payment system. Bonuses: Weekly bonuses based on team performance, with the potential to significantly boost your earnings. Income Breakdown: 5 completed onboardings per day: Earn an additional $1,000 monthly in bonuses, totaling $4,000 monthly and $48,000 annually. 10 completed onboardings per day: Earn an additional $4,000 monthly in bonuses, totaling $7,000 monthly and $84,000 annually. 25 completed onboardings per day: Earn an additional $12,000 monthly in bonuses, totaling $15,000 monthly and $180,000 annually. 50 completed onboardings per day: Earn an additional $27,000 monthly in bonuses, totaling $30,000 monthly and $360,000 annually.
