Junior to Intermediate Video Editor for Short Form Content - job 2 of 4

We are seeking a skilled Junior to Intermediate video editor to join our agency as a contractor. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing and possess the following skills: - IMPORTANT: Very good english to be able to ensure correct captions, and able to identify Viral clip from long form footage... - Consistent and clear communication with us the client. - Command of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro - Experience with Shortform content editing, - Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines, approximately 7 day turn around on projects A sample of what we are looking to achieve is attached: The workflow would look like, receiving uncut colorgraded footage (podcast like setting) and client specific B-Roll. The editor will then identify and extract clips with viral potential from this footage, then submit 15 raw extracted clips for selection/ approval from the client. Then recieve back the approved clips, and add relevant client specific B-Roll and stock/movie B-Roll relating to the content, add music to the background, and then Captions in what ever desired software (we use submagic). Then once this is done, send them back to us, for us to submit for review to the client. The main responsibilities of the video editor will include editing and delivering short form videos on a monthly basis. There will be 10 videos per project, working up to 5 projects per month. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with our team to ensure that the final product meets our client's expectations, and able to do revisions. We are looking for a video editor who can bring creativity and work ethic to the role.
