KDP publishing wizard needed for single comic book

Have you uploaded comic books to KDP before? If yes, I am stuck and could use your help. I uploaded my comic book as an e-book on KDP. Now I would like to have the same e-book available as a paperback. This should be easy, but I cannot seem to upload my PDF using Kindle Create. It's all images as you can imagine, but some formatting my still be needed. The comic in PDF format which can be edited by InDesign is a large one at 700 MB.
