Lead Generator/Headhunter for Online English Teachers in the US - job 2 of 2

We are looking for experienced lead generators or headhunters who have extensive knowledge in building a pipeline of English teachers from the US. Headhunters must have existing knowledge of networking in the US, and advise the company on appropriate targeting strategies. This is a bulk project, as we are looking to hire 250 teachers a month. Knowledge of appropriate advertising mediums is a... must, access to those will be an added bonus to the company. The performance of the project will be reviewed on a month-to-month basis and has the potential to extend longer term if successful. Headhunters will work very closely with the Recruitment Director and the Recruitment Manager, and daily communication is expected so that we can change strategies quickly and efficiently if need be. Required Skills: 1. Knowledge of the industry 2. Great communication and negotiation skills 3. Able to work independently 4. Knowledge of Recruitment ATS systems 5. Networking ability 6. Tech savvy
