Local SEO Manager - Contract to Hire - job 3 of 5

A small digital marketing agency is looking for a proactive, experienced SEO manager to manage SEO for our local SEO clients. Ideally, we are looking for somebody long-term, initially for 20-30 hours per week. Initial tasks will be a trial period to determine if we are a good fit... This is an advanced position. All of our clients have had all of the basics already implemented. This is a remote position, you will work your own hours from your home. You must be available on skype during US business hours at least a couple of times per week. I am looking for somebody who has the following qualities: Perfect understanding of the English Language Can write English perfectly Understands what a good backlink is and what a bad backlink is Has done backlink analysis in the past and is familiar with the process Understands On-Page SEO, including best practices, site structure, optimizing a site for speed, best internal linking structures, etc. Is familiar with webmaster tools and rich text markups, fixing broken links, fixing sitemaps, prioritizing sitemaps, etc. Experienced with Local SEO, particularly Google Business Profile, and what it takes to rank well in the local results. Understand the role that content plays in SEO Familiar with and can use AI to improve efficiencies Performs tasks and updates with feedback on or before deadlines. We are looking for somebody with advanced knowledge in Local SEO, not basic, introductory knowledge. Must be experienced with: Google Search Console Google Analytics Google Tag Manager WordPress (can do basic functions such as change text or add a picture) ahrefs.com semrush.com keyword research Google Maps & more Please do not just apply with your traditional copy and paste methods.
