Long Term Youtube Video Editor for Drone Podcast (some use of Ai Videos) ...

I'm looking for a long-term YouTube Video Editor to assist me with creating content for my drone channel. My goal is to publish 2 to 4 videos per month. Depending on the type of content I create, video lengths will vary from 30 minutes to 45 minutes... I plan on having a reliable turnaround time for the first drafts and feedback rounds for the videos that we can agree on together. I expect communication between us and both of us asking questions to help make a better video and an enjoyable experience. Videos will be of two types: (1) shot via riverside with two talking heads and (2) AI-generated video that needs to be stitched together, with sound added. It will be up to the editor to choose the best close-ups and zoom-outs, insert pictures (as needed), and add text on the screen (as needed). The channel is about beautiful footage captured by drones.
