The ideal candidate will assist us in building, maintaining, and enhancing our data dashboards to provide insightful business intelligence that drives our strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities... Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards in Looker based on our business requirements. Data Integration: Connect Looker with various data sources, ensuring accurate and timely data updates. Data Modeling: Create robust data models that support our reporting needs and optimize query performance. Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update and maintain dashboards to reflect changing business metrics and data inputs. Data Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations based on data visualizations and trends. Collaboration: Work closely with our team to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable data visualizations. Training and Support: Provide occasional training sessions and ongoing support to help team members understand and use the dashboards effectively. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in developing dashboards with Looker. Skills: Proficient in Looker studio,Excel, SQL, and data visualization best practices. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Availability: Ability to dedicate a few hours monthly to dashboard maintenance and updates. Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and solving data issues. Preferred Qualifications: Startup Experience: Experience working with startups or small businesses.
