Looking for a Family Attorney In Atlanta Georgia

I am looking for a family attorney in Atlanta Georgia to make an application to the court for : A) Me (as my dad's oldest daughter) to become the legal guardian for my dad. Me and my dad get on well and I have been denied access to my dad by phone since 29 January 2024 when he told me he wants to leave the USA and I shared the information with my step mother's relatives. I have tried reaching him on the phone directly and not getting to him and moreover all the information below are not released when requested from the attorney and Mrs Olayinka Thomas. B) My son Michael Elliott who lives in the USA to also be part of the guardianship - my dad signed a health directive that was witnessed for his wife to make health care decision on his behalf as well as funeral decisions if he is unable to do so that his deceased wife is first in line followed my my son who is his first grand child. To date, despite informing Sunrise Living Care where my dad lives, they have never contacted my son... and I suspect someone else is making decision for my dad that is not authorised to do so. C) My deceased step mother whose niece Mrs Olayinka Thomas was appointed to execute her WILL not to be appointed as a legal guardian for my dad under no circumstance for the following reasons- she did not get on with my dad and has expressed resentment towards him claiming he maltreated her aunt and is responsible for her early death; claiming that she will take revenge against me and teach me a lesson and these statements where made in the presence of third parties one of whom relayed the comments to me; claiming she has a very busy life and will squeeze time to see my dad when she can afford to do so and most importantly, my dad wants to move from the USA to Sierra Leone even before the death of his wife and he has been denied his rights to do so. D) The court to order the attorney of my deceased step mother Mr Alan Thomas and the niece Mrs Olayinka Thomas to release details of my dad's financial entitlements in the USA and his living care costs - Sunrise, others and medical. I am yet to know the financials of my dad and I have repeatedly requested the information to no avail. E) The court to order a public guardian to manage finances of my dad to ensure full transparency whilst I determine the best cause of action for my dad after all the documents and details of income and costs are made available. F) The court to ensure I am given all the requested information within a month. G) For me and my son Michael to be given access to the medical doctor treating my dad to get information on the treatment type and alternatives should my dad move to the UK or Freetown. I attached for your attention the WILL of my deceased Step Mother that the attorney released to me in March after her funeral. He contacted me requesting I sign a form transferring guardianship to Mrs Olayinka Thomas and I declined doing so for all the reasons above and most importantly it is not viable for me to work with Mrs Olayinka Thomas anymore after the threats and slanderous statements she made to third parties about my dad and her resentment towards us. I have since asked the attorney whether he obtained court order for Mrs Olayinka Thomas to act as guardian and failed to tell the court about my objection but he has not responded to any of the emails. I also asked about my dads medical and got no response. In short, the attorney and Mrs Olayinka Thomas have taken a position ambushing my dad and keeping him away from his blood relatives. My dad has no blood relatives in Atlanta Georgia and was living there because of his wife. My dad expressly did not want to live in the USA and stated the same in January. I do not even know what medication he was given that affected him badly causing him to lose his memory - no one in our family has ever experience this. All of this happened whilst he was isolated from his blood relatives and I learnt for the first time that he is dementia in January 2024- no member of his blood relatives was told about this as far as I know until very late . That said, we are were we are and I simply want to address the guardianship quickly and gain access to his USA financial assets and expenses including medicals and sunrise living.
