Looking for an Album Cover Design

Hello, I am looking for an album cover design for my new record. We are a hip hop group under the name "Above the Bank". We have an idea in mind and looking for a talented individual who could make that a reality. We are trying to base the album cover off of the cover of the video game NBA Street Vol. 2. We wanted to take that same font style and transform the text to say Above the Bank as well... as use the same art style for the characters and change the characters to the members of the hip hop group. I am not super artistic and I don't know if this would be even possible but I would love to at least have something pointed in that direction. Please reach out if you could make this happen.
