About Us: Isleño Island Homes buys, renovates, and sells properties to create move-in-ready homes for remote-working entrepreneurs. With a sophisticated system, we find undervalued properties, complete full core renovations within our 5-week process, and create homes in a Boho-Scandinavian style where you can feel at home immediately. Our headquarters is based in Mallorca, Spain, with plans to expand to 20 cities worldwide.
Job Description: We acquire properties for our renovation projects from motivated sellers (inheritance, divorce, debt, relocation, etc.).
Your task will be to directly reach these motivated sellers through our marketing activities. Since the sellers are often older, the focus is on offline marketing / direct marketing activities.
The channels we use include:
- Classified ads in newspapers
- Flyers to households
- Letters to co-owners in multi-family buildings
- Strategic collaboration with decluttering services, alarm system providers, and other target group owners
- Strategic collaboration and incentivization of real estate agents
- Strategic collaboration with banks and funds
Main Task: Increase the number and quality of qualified leads from motivated sellers on a daily basis.
Your Profile:
Experience: Background in marketing, ideally in direct marketing (post mailings, flyers, etc.) and optimizing response rates. Business administration knowledge is a plus.
Skills: Excellent project management skills with a focus on structured, reliable, and analytical work. Experience in A/B testing and data analysis.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient in using current tools (monday.com, make.com, Google Sheets). Familiarity with these systems is desirable.
Communication Skills: Precise and effective written communication, especially when collaborating with external partners and service providers.
Certifications: Training in project management (Scrum, Sprints) and direct/offline marketing is advantageous.
Work Style: High level of responsibility and ability to work independently. Creation of SOPs for recurring tasks.
Language: Spanish is a must; English and German are desirable.
