Meta, Google & LinkedIn Paid Ad expert - Contract to Hire - job 3 of 3

I need someone to set up and manage paid ads for Google (Display and Search), Meta and Linked in. This will be a minimum of 9 months. 3 months per platform in the order mentioned above. I will need to know, after researching, a monthly budget of ad spend to see results and how much your fees will be before committing to a contract. This is for a charter yacht in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please send in previous work with results.
