We are a language learning platform and we're looking for freelancers for Middle East Influencer Marketing. The contract will be renewed every 3 months.
A. Responsibilities...
1. Recruit, negotiate deals and maintain the relationships with the influencer on YouTube only on a monthly basis, fully complying with the Operation Guidance (the "Operation Guidance") provided by the Recruiter.
2. Brainstorm, quality check and refine the sponsored content of the influencers with the aim of maximizing conversion possibilities, fully complying with the Operation Guidance (the "Operation Guidance") provided by the Recruiter.
3. Report operation progress to the Influencer Marketing Manager who shall provide directions or suggestions to the Vendor, and holds the right to approve or reject the influencer collaborations proposed by the Vendor. The Vendor shall have meetings with Influencer Marketing Manager on a regular basis (shall have meetings on a daily basis during the period of onboard training).
4. Assist with influencer marketing performance tracking & data monitoring.
B. Deliverables & Compensation (see the attachment)
1. Basic Compensation
Pay per successful release of the influencers' videos
• Successful Release refers to that the sponsored video is successfully published before 20th of each month.
Deliverables-compensation Tier
Tier 1:
Less than 10 successful releases of sponsored videos per month or less than US$10,000 budget spent per month.
[Tier 1 Compensation]
- US$50 per successful release
- US$90 per successful release if it’s a dedicated video

Tier 2:
Need to achieve both of the following requirements to get the tier 2 compensation.
1. At least 10 successful releases of the sponsored video per month
2. At least US$10,000 budget spent
[Tier 2 Compensation]
- US$80 per successful release
- US$130 per successful release if it’s a dedicated video
The Vendor agrees to the conditions below:
a. The Influencer Marketing Manager might set a cap on budget for the Vendor to make sure the total influencer marketing budget is not overspent.
b. The Influencer Marketing Manager is the only person who holds the right to make a final decision on whether to approve the influencer collaboration proposed by the Vendor or to reject it, with a notification to the Vendor.
c. The Influencer Marketing Manager is the only person who holds the right to define the video type - dedicated video or integrated video, with a notification to the Vendor.
d. Zero deliverable is unacceptable. The Influencer Marketing Manager holds the right to delay payment or terminate the Agreement, with a notification to the Vendor.
2. Bonus
Extra US$5 per conversion within 30 days since the release date.
• Bonus will be settled on a monthly basis. If the conversion occurs in the following month, the corresponding bonus will be settled in the following month.
C. Payment Currency
Payments will be in USD.
The Vendor agrees to the conditions below:
1. The total monthly payment (incl. basic compensation&bonus) will be calculated and confirmed within the first 7 days of the following month of the video release month (when it comes to the holiday, the Client shall notify the Vendor about the special arrangement via email). The Vendor shall confirm the monthly payment by sending a written notification via email to the Client. For example, if the sponsored content releases between the 1st to 31st of January 2021, the total payment will be calculated and confirmed between the 1st to 7th of February 2021.
2. The total payment will be deposited on or before the 20th of the following month of the sponsored content release month. For example, if the sponsored content releases between the 1st to 31st of January 2021, the Vendor will receive payment on or before the 20th of February 2021
