Mobile App Update - job 1 of 2

We are looking for a skilled mobile app developer to update our mobile app and prevent the risk of our Google developer account being shut down. The app has not been updated in 2 years, and we need someone to make the necessary changes and improvements. The main task will be to publish an update to the Google Play Store, in order to satisfy Google Play's requirement that we publish an update to... keep our account. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile app development, specifically with Android. Strong knowledge of Google Play Store policies and guidelines is required.
