We are seeking a (near)-native English speaker to help us out! Primary Responsibilities... Calling pre-qualified inbound leads and booking appointments. Availability: Monday to Friday, for 2 hours a day from 13:00-14:00 and 17:00-18:00 PST. Requirements: -Native-like Proficiency: in spoken and written English is essential. -Previous Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is required. -Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, including clear pronunciation and active listening. -Reliable Internet Connection: A stable and fast internet connection to ensure smooth communication. -Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively. -Customer-Oriented Mindset: A friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. -Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers, email, and CRM software. -Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle objections and provide solutions to potential customers. -Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. Position Details: -Fully remote position. -Compensation: $5 per hour with weekly payments. -Bonuses: $4 bonus per showed appointments (expected to hit 40+ showed appointments a month). -Ability to grow to a full time position (P.S.
