Older lady needs help writing her life story - job 1 of 2

This lady is a friend of mine. She has a serious autobiography written in note form but not well organized. I am an author, but I cannot take on a project like this. She needs help organizing her story into a manuscript for publication. I think meeting with her on an occasional basis is also necessary. She lives in Manitowoc, Wisconsin... Due to the subject matter, I think a woman would be best suited for this project
