Bilin Academy(https://www.bilinacademy.com) is an online live class platform providing international, multilingual learning experiences for children. We work on a mission to cultivate our next generation to be multilingual global citizens, bridge cultural and language gap through education. Candidates could teach several Language Arts classes per week, depending on course demand. Students are in... varying time zones. Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and effective online English lessons to students - Plan and prepare lesson materials and activities - Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress - Communicate effectively with students and their parents or guardians Requirements: - Bachelor's or higher degree in English, education, or related field - At least 2 years of experience English teaching experiences in group setting. - Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Elementary or Secondary Teaching license Preferred qualifications: - Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures - Knowledge of language assessment and testing like TOEFL, ELTS We offer competitive compensation and flexible scheduling options.
