We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Account Manager to join our team from August to January. As an Account Manager, your roles and responsibilities can include but are not limited to the asks below. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and an aptitude for organization.
What You'll Do...
1. Take clear and concise meeting notes, capturing key decisions, next steps, and deadlines.
2. Update project management boards on Monday.com based on meeting notes.
3. Draft weekly Friday status reports, which are used to keep clients informed on project progress.
4. Schedule meetings across client and internal teams efficiently using Calendly.
5. Coordinate workflows with external contractors, ensuring smooth collaboration and project delivery.
This is a small project that will last for around 6 months, from August to January. We are seeking an intermediate-level Account Manager with prior experience in account management and a basic knowledge of branding
