Product Manager, Identity
Upwork is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity to shape the future of trust and safety on our platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate across various teams, design intuitive customer experiences, and drive efforts to sustain a safe marketplace.
Skills
- Experience in trust & safety, fraud, or risk management
- Fluency in creating multi-layered detection strategies
- Experience in designing sound risk management experiences
- Curiosity, creativity, and ability to analyze data
- Experience in developing enforcement strategies and working with marketplace policy managers
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Product Manager for Identity to deliver a prioritized product roadmap for 2024
- Manage programs within the Identity roadmap focusing on detecting and responding to identity risk scenarios
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver the roadmap and improve customer experiences while reducing fraud and abuse
- Build enterprise-grade capabilities for managing identity risk with user-friendly simplicity
