I want to discuss a shift in my brand based on a new direction. Ultimately I want to get the following that is all cohesive:
- A New Logo and Color Scheme for Larossa...
- A Logo and Name for Podcast
- Cover Art for Podcast
- Templates for Thumbnails for both Solo and Duo Podcasts
- Template for Descriptions of Podcast
- Guides for Thumbnails for Other types of videos (colors, fonts, etc)
- Guide on Upcoming Book
- Guide on Branding of Online community
- Help on how to separate out my Website
- General Questions about Messaging
- Social Media Profiles and Art
- Name on Social Media
I suspect there will be more items on the list, but I wanted to set some direction to give you an idea of what I'm looking for.
Here's the story:
I have a construction company that was originally designed to do nicer works for customers.
It shifted to doing only "Investor Grade" Rehabs for Flippers and Real Estate Investors (including myself)
I now basically don't do any customer work however I am very focused on building an online presence.
I have a growing YouTube channel and Social media presence.
We have a Solo (soon to become interview style) Podcast
I am writing a book that should be released early next year (2025). We will be releasing courses at that time as well.
We are launching an Online Community focused on our Audience.
The audience is people who are interested in RE investing. They probably around 25-40. In their Big Boy/Girl job (maybe their first, maybe not). They are at the point where they are starting to realize that their job is not going to make them wealthy so they start to look at other options. Maybe they are looking to simply escape the "rat race."
My program is specifically designed to get people started. We would teach them to do 3 house flips then buy their first rental. Then another flip to replenish their funds. Then a rental. Then a flip. Then a rental. They would then have done 5 flips and be holding 3 cash flowing rentals. At this point I believe they "Graduate." They have enough experience, network, and net worth to make it on their own. (maybe in the future I would move into some more advanced teachings)
There are quite a few barriers for a novice.
1. How to know what a house is worth
2. Getting a good deal under contract (sales)
3. Writing Rehab Budgets
4. Managing/Recruiting Contractors
This is what we mainly will focus on in the online community.
Also, my whole approach is removing all the fluff. Giving people only what they need. My favorite example is how 1 flip book I read has a whole chapter on the different ways you could take title of a house. In the 100s of houses I've bought, I have only taken title one way (like most others) and truly I don't even understand it. I just make sure to close at a title company since it's in their best interest to make sure the title is good.
The point is - a whole chapter vs "close at a title company - Here's why..." That's a paragraph.
I’m hoping to work with someone who can help me put together a brand that is more cohesive amongst the parts.
