Cardia Partners, a healthcare recruitment firm, seeks a skilled and results-oriented freelancer to join our team as a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist. You will use LinkedIn to connect with qualified nurses across the United States, building our talent pool and ultimately helping them secure their dream jobs.
Project Scope...
This project focuses on identifying and connecting with registered nurses (RNs) on LinkedIn who align with Cardia Partners' current and future job openings.
Steps:
1. Optimize Your LinkedIn Profile: Professionally brand your LinkedIn profile aligned with Cardia Partners' branding guidelines, including an appropriate job title and professional headshot.
2. Targeted Outreach: Utilize advanced search functionalities to identify qualified RNs in the US based on specified criteria (specialties, experience level, location).
3. Building Relationships: Use outreach messages highlighting Cardia Partners' value proposition for nurses. This includes creating detailed nurse profiles to maximize job search success, free consultations to identify preferred assignments, and access to valuable resources (salary guides, career development tools).
4. Lead Generation: Engage with connected nurses, answer basic inquiries about Cardia Partners' services, and encourage registration on our website to nurture leads.
5. Data Management: Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts (nurses contacted, responses, leads generated).
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and nursing profession.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a patient and professional demeanor.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach strategies and building professional connections.
• Adept research skills and ability to identify target audiences on LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with healthcare recruitment best practices (a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills and data management abilities.
Payment:
• 5 USD per Hour, 10 USD bonus for each call that is booked
• Performance-based bonus potential for achieving monthly goal (100) of high-quality lead converted to website registrations, and calls booked in (50% bonus)
E.g. 100 hours worked to get 100 calls booked = 500 USD + 1000USD + 500USD performance bonus = 2000USD
