ROLE - Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who'll run our CRM and manage new leads with the first touch points.
We work on Close, Instnatly, Slack, Linkedin, and a few more apps.
We are looking for a full-time team member, self-drive and resilient with past experience in outbound and inbound.
Your Responsibility will hoover around the pipeline; Nurture, Engage, Reminders and Set Meetings will be your bread and butter.
Your first-month salary will gravitate around $1,300-$2,000 as a Base Fee after we'll do a renegotiation where we'll add Commission ( $500-$2000 ) + Performance Bonus ( $400-$1600 )
Generating around $3000-$5000 per month full remotely, US Time-Zone.
We also looking for an SDR who has communication, leadership, kindness, and warrior work ethic skills in order to grow as a Head of the Outbound Team in the first year ( based on performance )
