About Us: Blueprint is an AI-powered platform that optimizes advertising spend and performance across multiple channels. We deliver actionable insights and real-time recommendations to help marketers achieve higher engagement and ROAS. We're looking for a motivated SDR/BDR to join our sales team on a contract-to-hire basis. The primary responsibility will be to qualify inbound leads from our... marketing efforts, with a secondary focus on outbound outreach. Opportunity to grow into a full-cycle sales role supporting mid-market accounts based on performance. Responsibilities: Lead Qualification: - Schedule calls for the VP of Revenue and CEO via the following process: - Qualify incoming leads from marketing (approx. 1000 leads/month). - Research leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools. - Engage with leads via email, calls, and LinkedIn messaging. - Update and maintain CRM records. Outbound Prospecting: - Identify and target key accounts through cold outreach. - Use tools to identify companies visiting our website and find the right contacts. - Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns. - Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects. Skills Required: - Excellent research skills. - Proficient in using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Extremely communicative, nearly to a fault. - Comfortable with learning new technologies. - Experience with HubSpot, Slack, and Google Workspace.
