Are you a go-getter with a knack for building relationships? Join us as a Sales Development Representative and be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts. You'll play a key role in identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and working closely with our sales team to convert opportunities into success stories. Key Responsibilities... Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through research, cold calling, and emails. Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as sales opportunities. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM system, Close.io. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting potential clients. Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Motivation: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools. Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
