SEO Optimized Blogging for New York Food Company - job 2 of 3

Our company is in need of a talented creative content writer to create compelling and educational long-form/ short-form blog posts for a target audience interested in catering, experiential marketing, and food trucks. Applicants should have knowledge and experience writing SEO optimized formatting including understanding topics like keyword density, keyword placement, linking, writing for... featured snippets, and search intent. A passion for research and educating site visitors is a must. We’re looking for someone who will help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement, are SEO optimized, and drive interest. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, an understanding of SEO, and proficient in posting on Wordpress. If you have had experience writing for events/event planning, experiential marketing, food trucks, food, or educational overviews, please include them as samples in your cover letter. Note: SEO research is not required for this role as a keyword marketing strategy is in place.
