Short Form Video Editor Needer - Contract to hire - job 4 of 4

Hello all, l am looking for a short form video editor that can help me edit 30 easy videos a month. The videos after edited will be between .45-to a minute, I will supply a structure on how to edit the videos as well. I am looking for someone that can - add flares... - text animations - key framing - png's/gifs - sound design I will provide all assets needed and will have constant communication with editor
