Social Media and Influencer Marketing are two critical ways that we will build our brand and our community. We are seeking someone who is passionate about the story we have to tell.

Responsibilities:
1. Social media management: Day-to-day management of our social media channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
2. Influencer program management: Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, bloggers and content creators to amplify brand messaging and reach our target audiences. Oversee influencer contracts, negotiations, and deliverables.
3. Creative management: Work directly with our creative agency to ensure that social creative and influencer partnerships maintain our brand identity and voice. Brief the agency monthly on the development of our social content calendar.
4. KPI development and reporting: Analyze key metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of social media efforts and provide regular reports to leadership.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience (5+ years) in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably with a subscription-based or e-commerce platform.
2. Strong understanding of popular social media platforms in the fitness space, algorithms, and best practices for organic content distribution.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and build rapport with influencers and stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with influencers and content creators.
