Dr. Philip Golinsky, our CEO is a 30+ year experienced Chiropractor who has mentored doctors around the world and cared for more than 100,000 patients in his career. His Wife, Phoebe, is a Top 50 Women’s Business Leader in America who spent 20+ years consulting the world’s largest companies as an executive management consultant for the Fortune 500. Together, they partnered with Dylan and Dhruv, who are the new generation genius Business Partners who graduated from the Ivy League’s Wharton School of Business (the #1 Business School in the United States). Together, the Rxponential Team is setting out to uplift the Natural Healthcare profession by educating the public and empowering doctors to grow a profitable business that provides them Freedom & Peace of Mind. As a company, Rxponential provides consulting, digital marketing, and all the systems Chiropractic Doctors need to succeed with their business. In terms of Media presence, we post creative reels and engaging content across Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Facebook and have recently started up our own Podcast: The Rxponential Pod. We have 4 editors already on the team, and are now looking for a highly skilled, intelligent, English-speaking Virtual Assistant to LEAD all of our Media Efforts across platforms. Our goal is to first reach all of the Motivated Chiropractors in the industry who want to level up their business and work with us. From there, we will seek to reach the broader audience beyond Chiropractic and educate the public on why Natural Healthcare is the preferred choice over the traditional Medical Sick care system in America. As our Social Media VA, you will be working directly with Dylan Casey, our Director of Brand & Marketing, to handle our diverse posting schedule across all platforms. To see our current schedule, see this graphic here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RlrpjYzfAg82-Zjj8TsJbdmETQ5Fhnn2/view?usp=sharing Dylan is seeking to work with a talented, experienced social media VA who knows how to handle ‘Pillar’ Raw Content such as a Podcast and distribute it intelligently to match each of the platforms (Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube, etc.) based on the audience per platform. The most important skillset to have for this opportunity is to be an incredible Content Copywriter -- Amazing talent for understanding tone of voice and writing up captions for Linkedin, Instagram Reels, and Facebook specifically. NO CHATGPT captions will be accepted in this position. The second most important skillset is to be able to work with our editors to compile finalized Reels that are professional and match the styles of our content platforms. You have to be able to understand what viral videos look like, and be able to be detail-oriented to spot out typos, errors in SFX, sound and color correction. Beyond this, being able to do the end to end process of working with our 4 editors to get our videos edited, create captions, and execute them on social media platforms. He will be working directly with you to communicate the vision per platform, and it will be your job to coordinate with our editors to have all the content edited in the style he prefers that matches our brand Rxponential. You will also have to be extremely detail-oriented to look out for Typos, mistakes and other problems with the videos and go through revision rounds in Frame.io with the editors. From there, you will allocate content to each platform to match our posting schedule. We will be building Sales Funnel Clickfunnels pages that link to our social media posts and channels to drive traffic to conversion. A solid understanding of the mechanics of how social media works across platforms and how you can convert organic traffic from those platforms to sales is a necessity. To Apply, do the following: 1. Read all of the above description carefully, check out all the materials attached to gain an understanding of what we are trying to accomplish with our brand and how you could enhance it. 2. Write a personal note explaining what you uncovered in your research of our brand 3. Tie your personal note into explaining to Dylan specifically how you see yourself contributing to the vision, list out what you could do to support him. 4. Tie it all together with explaining your previous experience – how you helped other brands as a Social Media Manager in the past 5. Provide specific examples & case studies in your application so Dylan can see what your strategies have been in the past. Specifically, provide any Viral Content that you created/posted on the behalf of a brand. (Note: if you do not have true experience doing this successfully, you may not qualify for this job – Dylan is looking for a very intelligent VA) This job posting is to find a very specific person with a specific skillset that could contribute to Dylan, Dr. Phil, Phoebe and Dhruv’s team. This is NOT a regular social media manager job post. You will have the opportunity to grow with our company and help us scale up to a Hormozi or Gary Vee-level brand, and must come to work with the skills, vision and mindset to help us get there. The base salary for this position is $1000 US, but can easily work up to $1500 - $2000 US per month and beyond depending on how much skill and experience you bring to the team. We are looking for a Long Term Hire, not a short term position
