You'll be able to contribute directly to our mission of unlocking human potential through brain assessment and training. • *Concussion Brain Injury Care Network: Supporting Legal Professionals** At Concussion Brain Injury Care Network (CBICN), we understand the challenges faced by auto accident attorneys and law firms representing clients with head injuries. We provide access to evaluations, tests, and effective treatments to help injured individuals recover. Our services assist in identifying signs of brain dysfunction from a concussion or TBI, providing valuable evidence to support the individual need for proper care and rightful compensation. Responsibilities: ✅ Manage and execute the planning, development, and implementation of all marketing strategies, collateral, and communications. ✅Strong graphic design abilities using Adobe Creative Cloud for both print and digital work. ✅ Experience with email marketing programs (e.g., Constant Contact), Hootsuite, WordPress, SEO, and campaign development. ✅Coordinate and execute digital marketing, email marketing, automation programs, and multi-channel marketing campaigns, including traditional print marketing when applicable. ✅Manage the association's social media sites, including content, branding, and interaction. ✅Responsible for the content and management of the association's website. ✅Development, design, and implementation of all marketing materials (digital & print) for an annual conference. Expected Deliverables: Social Media: ✅Manage postings to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. ✅Monitor activity on all social platforms and the Facebook Group. ✅Manage and execute digital ads on social media for specific programs. Website: ✅Manage all necessary changes to the website on WordPress. ✅Execute website changes as needed, with or without the help of the website developer. Blog: ✅Manage and work with blog writers to implement postings (approximately 6-8 per month). ✅Review and approve proposed topics. ✅Review and approve copy provided by blog writer(s). ✅Execute blog posts on WordPress along with photos and all necessary SEO items. Monthly E-Newsletter and E-Blasts: ✅Coordinate, design, write, and execute multiple e-blasts per month. ✅Utilize email marketing software (no coding knowledge necessary). Yearly Conference: ✅Coordinate, design, write, and execute multiple e-blasts as needed. ✅Design and implement the yearly printed conference program (approximately 30 pages). ✅Coordinate all sponsorship benefits (digital ads, blogs, printed ads, e-blasts, and more) with conference sponsors. ✅Design and manage all print needs for the annual conference, including promotional materials, foam core posters, one-pagers, and large-scale trade show signage. ✅Design and manage all digital needs for the annual conference, such as updates to online PDFs and conference webpages on WordPress.
