Social Media Manager wanted to join boutique social media agency! Currently managing 2 client accounts, with streamlined processes, strategies and templates. Responsibilities... Weekly Planning: - Participate in a weekly meeting to prep for the week ahead Influencer Marketing: - Respond to influencer inquiries and evaluate if they would be a good fit for our clients. Trend Research: - Conduct weekly research on trends and best practices on TikTok and Instagram to keep our strategies current and effective. Content Boosting: - Identify and boost the best performing post each week to maximize reach and engagement. Content Calendars: - Create and manage content calendars for multiple clients (currently 2 clients, with potential for growth). Platform Management: - Utilize and manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to execute strategies and engage audiences. Story Creation: - Create visually appealing and engaging stories for clients using available templates. Monthly Reporting: - Compile and create monthly performance reports using provided templates to showcase results and insights. Potential Additional Tasks: - Assist with SMS and email marketing campaigns as needed. Requirements: - Expert in Canva Design: Proficiency in Canva for creating visually appealing and aesthetic graphics. - Understanding of Aesthetics: Ability to create visually appealing and cohesive graphics, feeds, and overall social media aesthetics. - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with lifestyle and hospitality brands. - Basic knowledge of SMS and email marketing. - Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
