Salary: $5 USD per hour
Job Type: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, immediate start
About Us: We are a short-form video agency dedicated to helping personal brands achieve significant growth. We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Social Media Strategy Assistants to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our clients' branding and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Documentation Compilation:
Transfer data from client onboarding forms and strategy calls into a comprehensive brand overview document.
Ensure all sections of the brand overview are meticulously filled out.
Research & Analysis:
Conduct monthly niche-specific research to identify top-performing content, competitors, and SEO keywords.
Maintain an updated list of relevant data for each client.
Content Planning:
Assist in curating content ideas based on research and brand guidelines.
Prepare monthly content plans that clients can execute in a limited time frame (4 hours per month).
Ongoing Updates:
Regularly update the brand overview and other documentation based on client feedback and evolving strategies.
Requirements:
Experience with Documentation:
Proven experience in data compilation, documentation, and organisation.
Research Skills:
Strong ability to perform market and niche-specific research.
Communication Skills:
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to understand and interpret client needs from strategy calls.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with SEO tools, keyword research tools, and social media analytics.
Proficiency in using productivity tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Attention to Detail:
Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with personal brands or digital marketing agencies.
Knowledge in specific niches like property training, if applicable.
