US Court Web-Scraping Tool - Contract to Hire - job 2 of 2

Hello, I am a COO of a business that is a leading service provider to the US Court System... I'm looking for a full-stack developer to build a JavaScript (or TypeScript) web-app that can access the US Courts' CM/ECF system, navigate to specific pages, scrape data on these pages, and allow users to view/modify the scraped data in a web-based GUI. I anticipate using Clerk for user management, Selenium for web-scraping/automation, and React for the frontend application, but would greatly appreciate your feedback. Please note that we will need a working prototype by July 19th and a fully functional prototype complete by July 26th.
