Video Editor for a Production Studio - Contract to Hire

We are looking for a video editor who loves storytelling and tech. Renat here from Represent Studio (https://www.representstudio.com). We make awesome YouTube and product videos for cutting-edge software companies. The team is growing and we want to take things to the next level by further improving our storytelling through video editing. Most of our videos are talking head with screen shares. And our clients range from no-code workflow automation companies to more geeky machine-learning AI startups. This position is open for two scenarios: mercenary and missionary. As a mercenary, you'll work with us on a freelance basis and take on individual videos for different brands. Or as a missionary, you can join our team part-time or full-time to help us grow companies and their YouTube channels as a whole. This position requires niche research and lots of love and care to create world-class content. Now, we are not looking for a person who can just throw things on a timeline in Premier and add some sfx. Our editors are foremost storytellers. You need to understand the niche, the topic and the view to hook people in the beginning and keep them watching until the end.
