Video Editor for eCom VSLs - Contract to hire - job 2 of 2

We are an eCommerce brand. We work with Facebook and YouTube ads using VSLs (3-30 minutes long). We need to expand our video-editing team as we need to produce more VSLs and variations of those... We provide all the content, access to our Envato, our Eleven-Labs and HeyGen account. We provide SOP to maintain our quality. We need to have someone that is willing to do the extra mile to make the project works, and we are happy to over-compensate who puts a lot of effort into the day-to-day work
