We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our small business. The ideal candidate will assist with everyday tasks, marketing activities, email management, and more. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities...
Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document management.
Monitor and respond to emails, organize the inbox, and follow up on important communications.
Assist with marketing tasks, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service through email, chat, and social media platforms.
Conduct market research and compile data to support business decisions.
Schedule and coordinate weekly/bi-monthly focus meetings and prepare necessary materials. Assist
with the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide support on additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
Must be available for weekly or bi-monthly focus meetings and able to manage tasks independently.
Ability to work proactively and take initiative in identifying and solving problems.
Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Canva, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
Background in social media management and content creation.
