We are seeking an experienced Visa Consultant to assist with the renewal of a Schengen visa for a Turkish citizen currently residing in Costa Rica, with upcoming travel plans to Portugal. The consultant will provide guidance and handle the application process, ensuring all requirements are met and the visa is obtained efficiently. Responsibilities... • Review and verify all necessary documentation for the Schengen visa renewal, including financial statements, employment history, travel insurance, accommodation proof, and flight itineraries. • Provide detailed guidance on the specific requirements for renewing a Schengen visa for a Turkish citizen residing in Costa Rica. • Assist in completing and submitting the Schengen visa application form. • Coordinate with relevant consulates or visa processing centers to ensure the application is submitted correctly and timely. • Advise on potential travel plans to Portugal for visa submission if required. • Facilitate any necessary courier services for sending the passport and receiving the visa. • Maintain clear and prompt communication throughout the application process. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Visa Consultant, preferably with experience in Schengen visa applications. • Familiarity with the visa requirements of various Schengen countries. • Ability to work remotely and assist clients based outside the consultant’s home country. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to provide timely and accurate advice. • Experience with online visa application portals and consulate appointment scheduling. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience working with clients in Central or South America. • Multilingual abilities, especially in English and Spanish.
